Small corner bending radius laminate is a post formable decorative laminate with a melamine resin surface coating. It is available in a limited range of  surface finishes and colours. Small corner bending radius laminates can bend to a benchtop corner radius of 4mm*.

Small corner bending radius laminates are versatile in use, extremely robust, hygienic and aesthetically attractive, and are used especially where surfaces have to meet the most exacting requirements over many years, and must always look fascinating.

Laminates are made principally out of paper, a renewable resource, and synthetic resins cured by the application of heat; paper makes up more than 60 percent of the product by weight. The remaining 30 to 40 percent by weight are made up of phenolic resin for the core, and melamine resin for the decorative surface layer. The application of high pressure and heat creates a cured, stable material.
